Tom Barry, Funeral Director, was incredibly caring. I talked to him many times and he was always patient and courteous.
He always reassured me when I expressed concerns. He went above and beyond when he had to go to the Bay Area last Friday and went to the Santa Clara County Clerk's office and picked up my partner, Richard Jensen's death certificate.
