I was recently told about Nancy - by Bert Davi - a cousin - I was so looking forward to meeting her as I was told she was interested in meeting me - I didn’t know she was 106 - and when I reached out to Bert to arrange to meet her shortly - he told me she had passed -it hurts my heart not being able to have met her - I was going to sing the song Nancy to her when we met - My prayers are with all the family on the loss of Nancy with the smiling face who loved America May Angels always be her escorts to heaven -

Nancy grow up in San Francisco and she was a friend of my mother Mary Lucia Fazzio. My brother and my two sons visited Verbicaro in 2002, My Brother posted many pictures of our trip. I understand the Nancy’s daughter found my brother website. The contacted Steve and have been internet friends foe several years. Steve emailed Me Nancy’s passing. I’m sure Steve would of posted a tribute, unfortunately He’s in the hospital so I’m doing this for Him.

Auntie Nancy will always be remembered for being sharp as a tack, having a memory like a steel crate, her love of bingo and enjoying a great Giants baseball game. We will always cherish the handmade crochet hats that she made us. Our hearts are sad to loose just a wonderful and loving person but her memory will live on for eternity.
