Obituary of Daniel Taubman

Daniel (“Danny”) Marc Taubman, 61 years old, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2017 in Palo Alto California. He was a brilliant musician and writer. He was also a gifted athlete in tennis and golf. In many ways, his life was unfinished with many more songs to play and poems to write when illness took him too soon. Danny was born in Tulsa, OK and was the beloved son of Milton and Barbara Taubman of Los Angeles, CA. He is survived by his loving wife, Maria. daughter, Hannah, sisters, Deborah and Elizabeth, nieces Sarah and Nuryah, nephew, Owen, grandnephew, Cash and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Maria and Danny’s relationship was special as she was “his light and he was her lightening”. He was also beloved by his brother William (“Bill”) Taubman (deceased in 1989) and cherished by his mother-in-law, Marionga Kastros, along with an extended family of special friends. May his memory be a blessing to all who loved and knew him and may he rest in eternal peace. Private services were held in Los Angeles. Service Information
